Biggest or most important tournament win of your career?

I’ve won one WSA title, The Australian Day Challenge in Brisbane

Favourite destination you have competed in for a squash tournament and why?

I love hot climates. I would usually say New Caledonia but Canada Niagara Falls was amazing for me. The facilities were amazing, everything was enclosed, and it was just a short walk from the hotel to the courts.

Best Squash experience and why?

Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, because it’s the commonwealth games and it’s the pinnacle also to play beside players I looked up to as a kid.

What are of some of your interests outside of squash and why?

I’m studying Marketing at Swinburne, I like drawing, any sport and shopping.

Who was your childhood hero growing up?

I don’t think I ever idolized anyone in a heavy way, I’ve always liked Roger Federer because of the way he carries himself. He probably wasn’t peaking when I was a kid but I think his only person I’ve ever thought was a true champion.

Who do you consider the favourite to take home the Australian Open?

I think Rachael Grinham is a great chance.

What do you miss the most about Australia when away playing squash?

So many things! Our air, the people, the humour. In certain places you realize that Australians have a larrikin sort of lifestyle and are very relaxed!

What can we expect form you at the Australian Open?

Hopefully some good results, looking forward to the Australian open being back on, can’t think of a better place to have it.
